Maumelle is our launch market, and it is where every Valet Pit Stop appointment currently happens.

We would rather tell you honestly that we are not in your neighborhood yet than take a booking we cannot service properly. If you are in an expansion market, contact us anyway. We track demand by area, and where the requests come from influences where we go next.

Service Area Focused
A tight service area is not a limitation we are apologizing for. It is a deliberate part of how this business works.
Every mile a service vehicle spends driving is a mile it is not spending on a customer’s vehicle. A focused territory lets us keep appointment windows narrow and reliable, arrive when we committed to arriving, and give each vehicle the time the work actually requires instead of the time the route allows.
It also protects capacity. An at-home oil change in Little Rock is only worth booking if the company shows up. Overextending a service area is the fastest way to turn a concierge experience into a rushed one, and we would rather grow slower than deliver that.
When we add a market, it is because we have the capacity to serve it at the same standard as the one we started in.

Where does Valet Pit Stop currently operate?
Maumelle is our active service area today, with West Little Rock expansion underway as additional service vehicles come online.
Do I have to live in Maumelle?
You need to be within our current service area at the time of your appointment, which today means Maumelle. We service both homes and workplaces, so if you work in the service area but live outside it, we can often still help.
Do you service Chenal?
Chenal is an expansion market rather than a current one. Contact us to check where availability stands, since our coverage changes as vehicles are added.
Do you service the Heights or Hillcrest?
Both are planned West Little Rock expansion markets. They are not currently bookable, but requests from these areas help us prioritize the rollout.
Will you come to my workplace?
Yes. We service vehicles wherever they are parked during your appointment window, as long as the location is within our service area and safely accessible.
Are you expanding to other parts of Arkansas?
Yes. Northwest Arkansas is on our roadmap, including Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Fayetteville. We are not announcing timelines until the Central Arkansas operation is fully established.
